- We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability.
2. Appointment Confirmation:
- Clients will receive a confirmation message via email, text, or phone call upon booking an appointment. Please ensure that your contact information is up-to-date to receive
notifications.
- It is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointment by responding to the confirmation message or contacting us directly.
3. Late Arrivals:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. However, arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service time to avoid inconveniencing other
clients.
- If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that we may need to reschedule your appointment based on
availability.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. No-Show Policy:
- Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) may result in a fee charged to the client's account.
- Persistent no-shows may result in restrictions on booking future appointments.
6. Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees:
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment time, as well as no-shows, may result in a fee charged to the client's account. The fee amount will
be determined by the salon's discretion.
7. Emergency Situations:
- We understand that emergencies may arise, and we will consider each situation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter an emergency that prevents
you from attending your appointment.
8. Group Appointments:
- For group appointments or special occasions, please contact us in advance to discuss availability and any specific requirements.
9. Appointment Modifications by the Salon:
- In rare cases, we may need to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff availability or salon emergencies. We will make every effort to notify
clients as soon as possible and reschedule appointments at their convenience.
10. Feedback and Concerns:
- Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any feedback or concerns regarding your appointment experience, please don't hesitate to share them with us. We are committed to
