L’Wren Hairdressing – Appointment Policy

At L’Wren, we value your time and our team’s. Please review our updated appointment policy:

1. Booking
   Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance.

2. Confirmations
   You’ll receive a text or email confirmation. Please keep your contact details up to date.

3. Arrivals
   Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service or rescheduling.

4. Cancellations
   We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Less than 48 hours' notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

5. No-Shows
   Missing your appointment without notice may result in a full charge. Repeat no-shows may lead to booking restrictions.

6. Emergencies
   We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Salon Cancellations
   If we ever need to reschedule due to unforeseen events, we’ll notify you promptly.

8. Feedback
   We’re committed to making your experience excellent. Please share any feedback with us.
